SC-DEPARTMENTS

SpreeConcepts GmbH has three noteworthy areas of focus that must be considered separately, but only together can they achieve the best possible results: the design of drone systems, 

software integrity and development, and bionic robotics. The development is strictly based on the requirements and possible future applications to protect people in dangerous operations.

CONSTRUCTION UNIT
We develop prototypes and systems on a case-by-case basis. We anticipate future series production and are optimizing the system together with NATO forces for use in NATO-supported scenarios.
SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
Customized software solutions, application-oriented and tailored to the user. We develop the software specifically for you, with a focus on integration into your existing software architecture.
ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
AI-supported robotic systems for specialized applications as well as automated application systems for industrial-scale manufacturing. We create bionic systems for use alongside humans.

We are a team that combines extensive experience in diverse professional, particularly entrepreneurial, fields and integrates a wide range of educational backgrounds.

We combine experience from the German Armed Forces, mechanical and software-based drone development, with expertise in the legal and strategic structuring of complex collaborations and transactions, investment banking, and the development of entrepreneurial niches in the defense sector.

We combine text-based thinking with the intuitive and visual grasp of complex relationships and think independently.

We were far ahead of our time with the development of drones starting in 2014 and intend to extend this lead.

Sebastian Stutte

Sebastian Stutte is an entrepreneur and builder with over 18 years of experience in scaling technology-driven businesses. Together with his business partner Martin Keil, he co-founded Tacticaltrim Trading GmbH and grew it into a stable, profitable company, later executing a successful management buy-out.

Building on this foundation, both co-founded Stutte & Keil Holding, where Sebastian Stutte oversees the development of an integrated group of companies focused on technology, intellectual property, and industrial scalability.

With SPREE CONCEPTS, he is strategically positioned within the context of European defense autonomy. The company develops drone solutions with military DNA and transfers them into scalable dual-use applications. Its core mission is to close a critical gap in Europe’s defense ecosystem: the ability to rapidly develop, produce, and deliver reliable systems independently and at scale.

By combining mission-driven development with strong industrial partnerships and existing distribution capabilities, SPREE CONCEPTS is building a platform that not only drives innovation but also strengthens Europe’s sovereign production and supply capabilities in the drone sector.
