THE FOUNDING

Over a decade ago, three founders with complementary backgrounds met, a collaboration that proved remarkably effective. From this constellation arose 

the idea of ​​developing drone systems for demanding operational scenarios. At the time, the market wasn’t ready for them. That has now changed.

2014
The first thought

How an idea formed from a thought and the meeting of Tacticaltrim Trading GmbH and CUSTOM.DRONES TDT, which formed the roots for the company Spree Concepts.

Prototyping & Brainstorming

Many conversations with the emergency services and observing world politics led to many ideas.

2023
The first "Ready to Go" System

The first system has now been tested and is going to Ukraine for further tests to support the armed forces there.

Spree Concepts GmbH was born

The merger of what belonged together followed. SpreeConcepts GmbH was born.

Sebastian Stutte

Sebastian Stutte is an entrepreneur and builder with over 18 years of experience in scaling technology-driven businesses. Together with his business partner Martin Keil, he co-founded Tacticaltrim Trading GmbH and grew it into a stable, profitable company, later executing a successful management buy-out.

Building on this foundation, both co-founded Stutte & Keil Holding, where Sebastian Stutte oversees the development of an integrated group of companies focused on technology, intellectual property, and industrial scalability.

With SPREE CONCEPTS, he is strategically positioned within the context of European defense autonomy. The company develops drone solutions with military DNA and transfers them into scalable dual-use applications. Its core mission is to close a critical gap in Europe’s defense ecosystem: the ability to rapidly develop, produce, and deliver reliable systems independently and at scale.

By combining mission-driven development with strong industrial partnerships and existing distribution capabilities, SPREE CONCEPTS is building a platform that not only drives innovation but also strengthens Europe’s sovereign production and supply capabilities in the drone sector.
